The shelter director asked me to make a special plea to the rescue community for a male Pittie who had obviously had a very hard life. He has scars around his neck from being chained. Despite his scars, he is kind, patient, well mannered, and not at all aggressive to other dogs. I will pay the pull and transport if we can find a rescue to take him. Please help!! He's been at the shelter since April 16th and needs to be rescued!!
